Appointments Currently Needed for Dayton and Kettering Offices
Wednesday, September 22, 2021

In order to continue to protect our staff and patients as much as possible during the pandemic, Doctors’ Urgent Care Offices has been using an appointment only process, as needed, at select offices during 2021.

Currently, the Dayton (937-278-3826) and Kettering (937-294-0066) offices are on appointment only.

Use the “SAVE YOUR SPOT” link on our website ( to select an office and appointment time that works best in your schedule for these or other offices currently offering the appointment process.

Using an appointment process allows our staff and providers to more efficiently treat and test patients. It also provides the ability to better protect all patients by allowing fewer patients in our medical office at one time which allows for better spacing.

As another option to the appointment process, patients can use our convenient option of a telehealth visit with our providers for certain medical conditions.

If you would like to begin your visit via telehealth, you can email a visit request to and our telehealth team will gather your information and perform the medical evaluation.  If the telehealth visit is for COVID (Coronavirus) testing, after your telehealth visit you will be directed to the most convenient Doctors’ Urgent Care Office for collection of a sample for testing.  Collection of a sample may be performed at a patient’s vehicle in order to limit exposure for the patient and others.

While not all types of medical care are available by telehealth, our telehealth team will be able to direct you to the nearest office if your medical condition requires an in office visit.

The staff at Doctors’ Urgent Care Offices continue to provide a convenient, safe and expedited option for evaluation, screening and testing of COVID (Coronavirus) during the pandemic.  Our screening and evaluation process continues to be based on current guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as State and County health departments.  We use a highly accurate lab-based molecular (PCR) test.  Lab results are typically available in 2-4 days.

We appreciate your patience as we continue to work hard to provide quality medical care and COVID (Coronavirus) testing to our communities in the safest and most efficient manner possible during the ongoing pandemic.
