Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT)

This course provides training to become proficient in the operation of a breath alcohol instrument as well as alcohol testing procedures mandated by the US Department of Transportation regulation 49 CFR Part 40. As a Breath Alcohol Technician you are responsible for conducting tests which determine whether an employee in a safety-sensitive job has been using alcohol in a prohibited way.

All course materials are provided and upon successful completion of the course you will be issued a certificate deeming your status as a Breath Alcohol Technician according to the DOT regulation 49 CFR Part 40.
